Description
Citadel Ultra-Hydro Stop is a moisture-vapor-barrier (MVB) epoxy primer system for damp and newly placed concrete prior to resinous floor coatings.
100% solids version: two-component, self-leveling, fast-setting epoxy primer for high moisture mitigation (meets ASTM F3010 requirements when applied at the specified film build).
Water-based (H2O) version: two-component, 50% solids epoxy primer with excellent adhesion to damp concrete; can be applied as early as 48 hours after placement.
